Chery seems to have packed up.. their website has also expired. They were operating for nearly 5 years but never really did anything serious to introduce something other than the QQ. There are many low budget cars by Chery out there which should have been introduced here but...

I really like it! and its just a little above 8 lacks which is an excellent price for a car with these many features.. cant wait to see it driving around in pakistan

Chery Storm2 has found its way among the top 10 best sellers of the month. With a massive 19,800 units sold in September, the Storm2 holds 6th position among the best selling sedans.

Chery has completed one year in Brazil and achieved a market share of 0.35% so far with the Face (A1), Cielo (A3) and Tiggo and will expand the lineup with five new models for the domestic market next year. For 2011, the expectation of the brand is to reach 36 000 units sold. At the Salão do Automóvel São Paulo Chery presented the QQ, S18 (Riich M1), S18D (Riich X1), Fulwin 2 and G5 (Riich G5). The brand hopes to offer the Fulwin 2 in its 52 dealerships (will be 72 by the end of the year) as early as March next year with a 1.5 liter engine/118 hp. DR Motor is an Italian company engaged in the assembly and distribution of Chinese cars, it sells the re badged version of Chery cars since mid-2009. Now Chery Storm 2, will debut at Auto Show in Bologna, re badged as DR3.

DR3 (Chery Fulwin2 hatchback), will stage on the Bologna Auto Show from December 4 to 12, and will enter the European market in June next year. With 1.5-liter/4-cylinder engine and a 5-gear manual transmission, the DR3 has a maximum horsepower of 108, and will sell at $7,800.

Chery Fulwin 2 (Storm 2), badged as ZAZ Forza has started to assemble in Ukraine on 18th February 2011. The car will be equipped with Chery's 1.5 liter engine developing 109 HP. Forza is positioned as a machine for a new generation of people, young, attractive and safe. The cost of the basic version of "Forza" is from 79,900 UAH.

Chery sold more than 86000 units in China in January 2011 alone, out of which 10,854 were Storm 2. This has turned out to be a popular vehicle by Chery, now also selling in many parts of the world, hope that some day it makes it's way here in our country.
