More cars means more competition. It is a very good news, I have been waiting for its launch. But I believe that they should have launched the hatchback first with a 1.0 ltr engine in Santro's price range. I hope people buy Aveo.

I am far more intrested in Liana and i will be getiing mine inshallah in march after selling my cultus.The price of rxi is so attractive 794K. I will definately buy a suzuki .

The package is awesome u get a Mp3 cassete player, power windows, power steering etc. Kool!!

We people don't bother to carry out VFM analysis. What you're paying...What do you get?

Same was the case with Optra. Perfect Value for Money car but ppl showed reluctance. Resale nahi ho gi, yei ho ga, falana ho ga...all this and that.

So far, i think this is the best package available in Pakistan in terms of value for money!....

CAr is imported, decent options including STEERING AUDIO CONTROLS!, and is decently priced!...

Only downsides of the car are cheap interior materials, bad resale and mainenance costs, and I HATE THOSE AC VENTS!!

Furthermore, I believe where it is loses to the LANCER is the WAITING PERIOD!

but, still, I believe its a better package than any of the locally assembled cars available!

Really Happy to see the aveo is finaly launched:-) and i dont want it to be a flop or failure like the optra and i hope that it becomes be a succefull hit in pakistani market and roads and it opens way for more manufactrers and cars to come and more competetion. @wik_a i think that you will be more then happy like me to see another GM and chevy product is launched:-D @ahsan_rg wich showroom did you visit?

I personally don't care is suzuki, toyota, mitsubishi and honda have similarly priced cars with similar features,.. the bottom line is that we (the consumers) have more choice,... which is a good thing.

Good price???...Almost a million bucks for this dabba!.This one is gonna go the way of the Liana.It costs 5.69 lacs INR and GM is finding it hard to push them out of the showrooms over there!.What's up with the Pak auto industry pricing mechanism?.

I agree with @nickatnite. This is where Nexus have failed. This car should be priced around 800k. There are too many options available. Lancer, Liana, City and Corolla I think people will not buy this car over any single one of these. Yes it has a 1.5L engine, yes it has all the accessories but 80% buyers do not care about all this.

nice to see a new wonderfull car in pakistan.now we hav got a lot of choices.
but some ppl still prefer to pay a lot more money buying an Xli nd getting nothng rather than spending less nd getting more.
1 thng more,mostly ppl buy rollas due to high resale.i cannot understand why pay a lot more money TODAY to get a little more 5 yrs AFTER ???

Nice car indeed, great value for money imo. Way better than Liana or XLI. If consumers in that price range fail to see the value, then they should stick to mehrans.

The car iz rally worth buying. Excellent built quality, Excellent features, gud pricing ( comparitivly) . EXCELLENT INTERIOR......

The only issue is dat, the Engine is 1500cc....BUT only 8 Valve....
so producing only 120N/m torrque and 85bhp........
is dat enuff???
