did anyone see the ad today? it was in roznama khabrain with the new price of 519,000. so i guess it is confirmed now. i think its a great price personally.

I had this Chevrolet but its Exclusive LS 796 CC model. recently I have sold the car. But one thing should mention. The car drive is excellent. I had experience of what local suzuki cars. all three Mehran , Alto and cultus starts making chun chun like noise after six months of use.

I bought Chevrolet about 1.5 yr before and enjoyed alot.
Car is good but one thing is quite astonishing for me. Its spare parts are too expensive but relatively cheaper than Santro.
good thing is that each and every part is avilable.
drive is good, body is safely deisgned. Do you know its door is protected by heavy metal pipe so in cas of accident people get no major injury compartive to other local made car.
Locally car employ single iron sheets for body but this car employs triple iron sheets. Now u can compare this with others.
old price was 599000 with CNG now selling at below 5.5 lac

Yes u are right this car have all feature a imported car posses. its design and interior is so excelent.

Its sale is increasing in karchi from last six months.
Its a good step they decreased price around 50,000. Now i expect they will get rapid sale increase very soon.

best car in its class for many many reasons. people are slow to accept any new car/idea/whatever in this country. in time the joy will make its place. i've had it for 2 years now. it's still like brand new. got to ride/drive to judge.

The 'Joy/Spark/Matiz' is one of the best cars designed.I see more than five year old Matiz cars in India looking as good as new on the streets and they sell for 1 lac which is a lot of money in India for a 5 year-plus car this size!.I'm sure the Spark will sell well too.I'm still not clear of the Joy is manufactured in Pak ground up or imported and from where?.Just curious.

Chevrolet Exclusive LS is imported one till 2004 and then GM motors started to manufacture same car with JOY name and 1000 CC brand in Pakistan from 2005 onwards.

I think alot of you feel that i'm too loyal to the vitz, not true, infact i first took my money to the chevy dealer but i just wan't happy with what was on offer for the price, that's why i went for a vitz. no doubt the price drop is a great idea and hopefully it'll get people to move away from the garbage offered by suzuki. as for people not paying taxes etc,.. that's typical of pakistanis, they save money by not paying tax but they are ruining the infatructure with corruption,... actually maybe it's better not to pay tax since all it does is buy ministers cars and send their kids to private schools abroad.

can someone confirm, they have taken out the "catalytic converter" out of it, as it cost around 25K.
and perhaps some other items buyers can ignore easily.

No way, they have reduced the price down to 50K.

Just a guess, i might be wrong.

Catalytic converter is the first thing to be removed if you want the performance to be improved..... and i don't think cars running on cng produce amounts of harmful emissions that require a catalytic converter.......
