I think the seller is being sincere and honest. He's quoted an asking price and is open to offers, instead of giving advice that neither helps the seller nor a potential buyer, please follow the rule of quoting a price if you think its worth your while or forever hold your peace.

Nobody is doubting seller honesty. Was just giving my thoughts. I was a genuine buyer as i wanted to buy a reasonable car for my mother. We already have Chevy in family so we are accustomed to it. but did not even consider this ad as it had nothing to offer. No attraction at all. I am sure there are others, more silent customers, looking for some attractive piece.

Just a thought and now I will hold my peace...
