we had a 2005 Chevy Exclusive kept it for 6 months in 2007
it was a pretty good car but back then parts werent that easily available and fuel consumption was alright
the build quality was good too way better then other hatches of that time

I found many people complaining for good mechanics of these cars so being in love with Chevrolet Exclusive & Joy, I'm gathering as much info as possible to share with the public here.

As mentioned earlier, during search of 2 months, i just found two good conditioned Exclusives in my city as these are rare as compare to Joys (which is an up(1000cc) model). And both of these were demanding around 4.5lacs. This is 2004 model, without CNG and it had gear hardness issue so the owner compensated me little bit and i got it around 4Lac. I recently spent Rs. 20,000 to completely fix that issue with a replace of complete gear/clutch set. The problem has been resolved & the gears are extremely soft now

One thing, like other cars, these cars are cheaper at Lahore & Karachi as compare to Rwp/Isb

A good spark should be in a range of 600k to 680k depends on milage and condition

Till now I Explore Isb - Naran - batakundi on my mini Jatii... & Kashmir till Sharda... No issue at all, parts are all avilb newly & cheaper then mehran
Mini Jatii & my affair keep on going from last 2 year....Still Enjoying her company...

Unfortunately its true. I agree with this situation especially in the cities other than Rwp, ISB, LHR & KHI. Hopefully the situation will improve a lot on national level as people gonna prefer JDM cars now & gonna hate local ones.

After months of thinking & searching process, I recently bought my firstever ride i.e. Chevrolet Exclusive 2004 (800cc).

About 95% of those to whom i discussed, suggested me to go for Mehran as my budget was 300k-400k I'm the sort of guy who prefer comfort & luxury over resale value & easy/cheap availability of parts so that's y preferred it over mehran. I'll must like to mention that I'm highly racist regarding Mehran & strongly hate.

Attached are some recent snaps of my ride which is on petrol and will try to keep this thread updated with the performance, alterations, snaps & any other updates. I've Chevy Exclusive/Joy's complete manual which is really helpful and wanna share its soft copy here but unable to upload zip format so lemme know if any body is interested, can email you.

Feel free to ask more about ride, experience or the knowledge I've regarding Chevrolet, Exclusive, Joy & their mechanics in Rwp/Isb. Any suggestions, advises & feedback from the viewers will be highly appreciable.

My father bought Chevy in 2004 i think & it was a perfect little thing. I was studying in islamabad in 4th year mbbs at Shifa & the next two years were the best. The drive the AC & comfort was great. It was very fuel efficient. Got it maintained by Chevy outlet in I 10. Seeing your ride got all those memories flooding back. Bought her new for 540k i think. Sold her in 2013 with a broken wind screen ( alas ) for 320k. It was a pretty tough ride and there was no parts performance issue whatsoever.

Nice to know about your chevy experience & positive feedback. Yeah the chevy outlet's maintained cars are no doubt really well maintained. One thing, the said outlet is in I-9.

ahaan BTW did you really visited naran & kashmir at exclusive?? I'd not yet tested my ride at hilly areas so have no idea about exclusive's performance there. I'll like to know more about your ride.
