In Pakistan its very difficult to find or made such kind of seats these are master pieces , so many design in grills are available in USA / Kuwait , this grill can be textured with a lil difference.

My Advice > Collect all the parts before swapping , swapping engine is not a big deal

I'm certainly not a Guru, but it's theoretically possible to change manual to automatic, and vice versa.

You'll have to include some details (like Najam said) regarding the engine you have and the gearbox you want.
