I have one more question..

We have decided not to take a train but to rent a hi-roof from Lahore for 3 days. So while going to BWP, we want to take a single day de-tour to Head Balloki (Bhai Pheru) for fishing. I want to know if there is any permit needed for fishing or anyone can fish without legal formalities?
