Hehehe, jee jee, this was the 1st time we didn't finished the race, the earlier 2 times we've seen the checkered flag, both at start and finish.

There is always a learning in everything, this time I learned how heavy footed I am, and to some extent wreckless [emoji6]

Saw his Vigo during tech, some interesting and well-thought touches on the truck. Hats off to him, its not an over the top build but has the right components in the critical places.... lastly, i guess he also realized that he needed to tweak the SC boost down a bit... all in all prolly the only truck that comes somewhat close to Nadirs Taco.

any1 know what happened here? Seems like Asif brushed more than a spectator on his drive... extreme camber indicates more than a few hard landings...

As far as I cab guess the sequence of events for Asif Iman (aka Asif Kalti) :
- He bumped into a set of cars coming the wrong way, one of which ended up kulti-ing onto him
- He lost way and ended up 50 kms offtrack (he stopped at CP5 specifically to tell me the story)
- He bumped into the spectator somewhere beyond CP13

All in all, a bad day for a good driver in a good car. Nevertheless, thats how the story goes, though open to corrections.

Brother Suhaib I am sorry that I hurt your feelings. I am professional photographer so I will only post images which are up to mark. It didn't mean that I have taken only two images.

Secondly we had car which can't even go one km ahead of starting point. So we had to walk uptill 7km (One way) into desert to find nice place. Unfortunately it was too crowded till that point, which actually had killed my passion as I had to go back and guess what I forgot my water bottle in my car.

Next time I will get well prepared. Insha'Allah. But yes I do have more images..

Nevertheless, its always good to see more pics and videos come through. Things were a bit better in the youtube days but nowadays despite the large number of visitors with high quality cams, you hardly get to see any photos / videos.
Anyways, all the best to you guys for next year.

Interesting sequence of pics with the Nissan behaving very well on what seems to be a milder Saidhi route turn. It would also be interesting to discuss the wheel travel with Zafar @ Khorri Autos (Dubai) who originally set up the vehicles and from time to time also assists/advises Qasim with parts / setup. I know he is very particular with exact inches on his Jeeps and Nissans. From the last pic it now seems like a little limited than stock but may also be the rebound settings on the stiffish shocks....
