The couple of people I know in my circle who complained about this all had the sensitivity set to max. At that point the car would actively force you back into the lane, so instead they just turned it off.
From my point of view, the proper setup for our roads is to keep Lane Keep Assist and Lane Centering Assist ON, but turn the Sensitivity down to Low.
With this setup, if you don't do anything then the car would bring you back into the lane. But if you just slightly nudge or hold your steering line, it would immediately let you take over and stop forcing you. So the system basically tries to work with you, not against you.
And as a bonus, you'll also develop the good habit of always signaling before changing lanes. And you don't need a full signal for that as well, you can just do a gentle flick of the left stalk and it would signal 3 times and turn off. You're free to change lanes in that window.
