A long term review at the moment may not be available from Pakistan, however, a car enthusiast with keen observation could give an insight on its overall value/ performance which could give an insight into long term ownership.
I’m driving one right now. Honda N Wgn Custom Turbo 660cc. I’m still evaluating the car which I bought for the reason that I’ll give to my wife and daughter as a secondary car and get myself a proper sedan down the road in maybe 3-4 years In Sha Allah. I may have more choices then alongside a healthy budget which I don’t have right now.
Stay tuned, I may create a separate thread covering all aspects backed with videos etc.

Thanks brother, yes it’s been a while. Sold my 1.8 Oriel due to financial requirements/ pending investment. But have also been experimenting with other cars such as Aqua G G’s, 2017 Altis 1.6, 2014 Prius S Touring. But got too lazy to create threads for them. Hope you’re doing fine. We should meet up someday.
PS: I have a soft corner for the Civic and could easily forgive the PKDM version for most of its imperfections. But I have to admit, the same 1.8 R18 in stock had become a little boring specially wrt throttle response

I am in Mansehra and the closest HOBC pump is in Islamabad. Is there a safe way I can transport HOBC to my location? Will it be possible? I am considering buying a turbo X but the fuel issue is concerning.

Define long time. Are we talking 50 years? Or 10 years?

It's always a trade-off.
And today's turbo engines are not the same as yesterday's. If maintained right, will last you reasonably long enough

Sir I didn't kept a car for more than 1 to 1.5 years and 6k to 10k odo so you can guess now what does it means when I am saying longterm I think that wouldn't be more than 5 years.

Haan yar ye gaari aap ko Oriel wali consumption de rahi hai, much higher power ke saath tou kuch tou downside hai na.

Today, again on a normal drive on my favorite road in DHA Karachi, I was in CL9 and floored it and set a personal record (157 kmh). I must clarify that I do this hardly once a month or once every two months. On the same road, the Turbo with same fuel from same pump, consistently tops 160 and my best is 165.

And at every thankful CL9 gives between 7-7.5 km per liter mileage whereas Turbo 9.5-10. Ab kuch tou downside hai na is jaadoo ki? That's something people should keep in mind, but they don’t.

You may use good fuel station of Total in ISB and whenever visit ISB , get it filled with Hioctane. This means get Hioctane , go to mansehra with around 75% tank, get it topped with regular petrol from Total and continue Filling periodically. Then visit ISB and get it filled with hOBC again.

This is what I am doing and satisfied without any issue while being near Hassanabdal
