Goes down below 700 rpm?
Yes on meter it show's below 700
Does it regain back to normal within a sec or it stays below 700? Also does this happen only when u turn on the headlights or same happens when u turn on the ac?
Also how low does it go? Like does it go below 500 mark and the engine starts to die down / rough run?
If it does the same for every load like headlighs, ac etc and doesn’t come up to required level which is i think about 800-850 for D16, then it can be because of the IAC valve malfunction. Experts here can correct me if i am wrong.
Yeah thats wat I figured at first but i went to ac guy n he said the pressure is up to the mark not over not under. I personally think that my ac bearing or clutch bearing is going bad. I am planning to overhaul my ac motor / compressor when the summers r over so that i can remove it and do my work myself at my own leisurely pace.
Also the cooling is alhamdulliah so awesome that i am hesitant to perform any work as it would require new gas and oil n i have heard now a days its very difficult to get “asli” gas.
Also in this heat wave about 3 days back my car after being driven about 120 kms from Islamabad to pindi and back to Islamabad and again pindi to Islamabad and back without any stop, it stated to do some massive missing. Engine missing was to a point where i was almost unable to drive. The engine would die down and again pick up after few secs. Shukar hai it started doing it when i was close to home n issi trha I reached home. In the evening i started the car and drove it around for about n hour but it was absolutely normal. Again in the morning i drove to carfest in g 10 and then to chah sultan n it was absolutely normal.
So in chah sultan ustad yousaf from burraq autos said that the fuel pump was giving away and in extreme heat it caused the problem. So i got tht replaced with a kabli one n hoping it would have resolved any issues. Anyone else has any idea what can be the reason or did someone else experience any similar problem?

PKDM don't have it but still they are design to maintain 700 rpm on every load situation
But @Kashif91Ahmed engine and ecu is swapped so maybe his ecu needs eld
I don't have a honda... yet! @kashif91ahmed also check the alternator voltages. Without eld alternator provides maximum voltages.

Wailaikum Assalam Few d series came with same cc injectors. But d17 would have different one. Install oem injectors.
