The upper u-bend pipe (marked as 1) is there in the original design of the engine. It is also known as coolant bypass pipe, its main function is to provide alternate path for coolant flow from engine block to pump inlet line (metallic pipe) when the thermostatic valve is fully closed.

If the thermostat valve is installed this pipe should be in good shape else it can burst? Mechanics says this is heater bypass don't need to care about it.

yes it will get leak eventually.

Same two pin connector is used in multiple locations of your engine bay wiring and is also found in all other D series engines, so you can easily get a new from scrapyard. You can then easily de-pin the old connector and attach a new one, no need to cut wires for it's replacement.

When i plug it in, it does click but I have checked it if i push it in one side fan stops. I have sprayed wd 40. Can I wire a light that shows when fan is on and off?

All pipes in your car should be in great shape, this is not just limited to coolant pipes.

If connector is behaving erratically then better change it as I decribed earlier.
Bulb is not recommended, installing an LED in series with a resistor can be a better option. However, I will advise you to add an extra coolant temperature sensor with digital readout. And if you can get one with a watchdog to generate alarm on user selectable temperature can be a cherry on the cake.

Seems bit higher. You may have overfilled. It takes 3.5L

3.3L for oil change, including filter
3.0L for oil change, without filter

It is not practically viable to attach two gauges on the same sensor, other solutions do exist to achieve this. Like attaching a thermistor direclty on the engine block or placing a new pipe section with a built-in temperature sensor somewhere near the engine block such as pipe leading towards the heater core.

I was talking about mettalic pipe section like this with a threaded port to house an additional temperature sensor.

It will blow air in idle. As it's remove all revolving air. If it's not blowing air or throughing oil it's bad.

you should search on just PCV. there's a breather hose to suck.

Hasan shafique. I would recommend you to not clean the throttle body yourself, get it done by a professional.
Lekin coolant daalna bohot asaan hai. Get 2 bottles of caltex long life coolant and 2 bottles of AGS battery water (it's actually distilled water) and while you are at it, it's highly recommended to replace thermostat valve and radiator cap with it.
