Civic 2005 overheats on high speed only when ac is on

It is working perfectly fine. Cheked today when condenser fan motor is changed.

Sometimes water pump blades are corroded change it also

I had the same issue while traveling from lahore to islamabad, on my 2005 baleno.
Took it to a mechanic and got the rediator serviced for Rs.400 small lines was choked.
I would highly suggest you to get the rediator serviced.

Update: after servicing radiator ( was little bit chowked ), servicing condenser, new condenser fan motor , and thermostate pulling out. Problem goes way.. i tried driving at 120 130 for 2 hours heat gauge was perfect.

I was facing a similar issue since the day the engine was overhauled.
1st day: water channel blew
2nd day: rad choked.

Car heated up 3-4 times, with AC and without AC as well. Got the gasket changed from the OEM steel gasket to a relatively thick gasket, and no sign of overheating was observed.

Removing thermostat is never a good option. Please put it back and rectify the problem properly.
