As this grill under the the Bonnet Hood wasn't available in the market. So I decided to solve this problem by making a Replica Front Garnish Grill. For this purpose I took a piece of 20 gauge Galvanized Steel Plate. Got it cut and pressed on a Heavy Duty Press Machine at Majid Khan's Auto Body Parts Makers at Chauburgi, Lhr.

The Rear Bumper of Civic 91 is unavailable in the market. So my denter tried his best to restored it to its original shape by placing an iron sheet on its top. As it is shown in the pics.Iron sheet is being fixed with the help of Silicon and rivets on rear bumper's top.Re-furbished Upper top of rear bumper.Fixing bumper lip to the bottom of rear bumper.Making hole for exhaust pipe. I myself gave this idea to my denter, but he refused to do so, as he was insisting to attach a fiber glass bumper lip to the rear bumper but in my opinion, fiber glass bumper are not so strong and do not last longer. So I compel my denter to make rear bumper lip by cutting an old useless wear out rear bumper of Civic 2002 model. Some more delicate cutting for exact fitting.Cutting the extra piece of home made rear bumper lip.Rivet.Hole for exhaust pipe.
Looking forward to more pics. Thread subscribed.

In my opinion, so much drilling will leads to the lose the originality of the bumper. What will you do to hide the drill holes when the bumper will be painted ?
After the spreading of steel pateen and sanding, Now its time for Deco pateen !!!!
I asked my painter to shower a coat of ''ICI Burger VITON'' as 'first' Premier. But he said that its not necessary but I've, earlier, learned from a renowned Auto Car Painter of Porsche Company, So I insisted my Painter to shower a coat of ''Viton'' as first Premier to the car's surface.

IMHO plz lose the rear bumper lip. Other than that...... it looks sublime
Dear no Drill holes and rivets will be seen after paint job. As in the coming thread I'll show u all how I'll do this with my denter painter team. For this, I'll guide my painter to rub the upper portion of the rivet's top(head) & apply some Steel Pateen and Deco Pateen, respectively, so that to equalize it with the bumper's surface.
According to the painters of Porsche Company, if Deco pateen is applied to the whole surface of ur ride then it is imperative to apply One Coat of ViTON. But our Desic Painter don't agree to this notion.
