Brother I'm from Sialkot,
After 10-12 km drive coolent is evaporated and the heat gage is in the middle as normal.

Spark plugs are rusty bro and some oil on the threads as you see in the pictures

If all coolant is evaporated, the car will get overheated. The needle should start moving upwards. But you are not mentioning this

Temperature sensor will only read if coolant is present because sensor stay wet in coolant. Gauge will show cold if there's no coolant inside the lines as sensor will be dry.

The right method to ascertain the weak cylinder/piston rings is to perform a dry and wet compression test. Even a dry (only) compression test can reveal many things about the engine health.
I will suggest you not to blindly follow these mechanics, find some good at diagnosis to perform a compression test before opening the head.

Firstly, they are not the right plugs for your car, change them in either case.
Secondly, the black soot on the plugs tips can be due to the engine running mostly under fuel rich conditions and there could be many reasons for it.

by coolant evaporated meaning?

there are plenty of areas where coolant can leak.

on a car this old, the rubber pipes are nearing end of life.

also check for the radiator top plastic tank for any cracks. look very closely.

I am located in Islamabad, so can't help you in this regard.
However, you may visit any good mechanic shop in your area and I am sure he should offer compression testing service.
Compression tester isn't something very expensive, it is easily available for a few couple of thousands and using it is also not that much hard.
Try to perform both dry and wet compression tests and note these values for all the cylinders
