No sympathies for you as it happened due to HID's! Your car's headlamps aren't designed for HID use.

Same thing happened last year at PW auto show. It was probably Nissan or I don't remember exactly. It also caught fire due to HIDs and they has to tear the bumpers to stop the fire. :/.

warranty void as soon as you mess up with its stock system in any case eg: in the above he messed up with the electricity system of the car so Honda guys will never claim it, they even refused to claim the car on a usage of a Horn so how come they will do for HIDs

alterations come with a price. my friend installs security kits(system remote wala) day and night
once due to some hardluck a new gli was not starting up.
ECU got fried. they had to pitch in 18,000 rupees from thr pocket :s

a burnt civic was given to me for repairs. the culprit was a genius "CNG mekanik"

he somehow broke the quick connect coupling of the fuel line. The fuel line is hard plastic so no push on and jubilee works. In his genius stupor moment he removed the entire plastic pipe and used the junk pink colored pipe that every store sells. He just pushed it on. The fuel spray eventually caught fire somehow (alternator I presume)

i dont ******* think it is bcz HID lol ! 50% of people having civic new shapes and corolla have HID in fog and SOund system ! it is due to the positive wire touching the positive CIrcuit OF THE BATTERY ~! they repel they caught fire and boom

Sir owner/creator of this thread has clearly mentioned that it was due to hids.
Installing aftermarket stereos and hids can cause this problem. That is why warranty gets void even if an aftermarket horn is installed in the car which involves alterations in the electrical system of car.
If wiring of hids can go bad, yeh haal hojata hay car ka.
A car worth 25 lac is destroyed due to cheap chinese made hids worth only 5k.
