nfssaad: The whole issue is sorta mis understood by the public.
As AhsenZS called and told me...there aren't going to burn up the files - CPLC urged the owners to pick up their files after completely taking up their data live/online/computerized. Now the whole mafia sitting under the tree at Civic Centre come into action and just made this a new way to earn money, because after this new mkt. trend of asking files...everyone has to take it out unless you can't sell!!
