whoa !! yes sir, am still workin out.
Diet, not much except, 5 eggs a day, splitting 2 glasses of milk pre and post workout (one with ISO-100 Whey), plus whatever is cooked on daily basis (but prefer chicken or fish)
workout plan ....umm, hitting 1 muscle per day for 1 hour approx + 20 minutes of cardio/abs , as simple as that
