Civic Factory fitted Navigation System/Rear Camera

I will now get my car in 3rd week of August due to this navigation system upgreade instead of next week :(. The production will start in 1st week of August.

I hope it proves to be worth waiting ...

So i dont get it really. This should be an option as a replacement to the original in-dash cd changer which costs around 40K and is included in the car price. Now if someone wants to go for this system, he needs to pay 40K extra meaning that this chinese device is gonna cost around 80-85K.

What exactly are u guys so excited about? Paying a lot of extra cash for something that one can get cheaper? Only because of so-called "COMPANY WARRANTY"?. We all know how THAT works most of the time.

It can never happen that at once STUPID company like HONDA intoduces st nav ..its just fake news and this sat nav is offered in EU models or American models.
HONDA is PATHETIC and STUPID always.

i thought this was a chinese brand.
im not implying that its of low quality. just that there was a link posted in another thread on PW about the honda navi. i checked and it was the same unit that was bring distributed and exported by a chinese company.
i personally doubt its real cost is Rs73000 though.

when i looked further..caska system's buttons and layout is different from the navi offered in pakistan
but the software is identical to ours.
when i look at another product being offered by china...its layout and buttons are same as ours, but its software is diff.
kya khicri pak rahi hai...i dont know.

no one is claiming it is OEM European or US navi.
It is an aftermarket product that is offered by Atlas Honda Pakistan as an option for new civics that are being booked.

Donot feel sorry tracking world was selling indash unit for corolla for 53000 with same specifications in november 2009...they have most probably increased the price due to contract with company ......its better to get indash dvd player from china for civic and get gramin device separately so u can take it with u any where u like

So the actual question remains unanswered, how useable is this navigation in Pakistan ?
