Brother first of all I would like to make if clear to you and to all other members too , that THE ARTICLE WHICH I HAVE POSTED SEVERAL TIMES ON
PAKWHEELS IS WRITTEN BY ME , I DID ALL THE RESEARCH MY SELF ……………. Yes I did copy several passages from different resources but its not only the cut copy past work ,………..
2ndly you are saying that the
research is 3 to 4 years old , honestly to the best of my knowledge I my self wrote it almost a year ago ,
Know coming to the core issue ……………..
YOU ARE SAYING …..
PAKISTAN ME JO COROLLA HAI US KE LEYE TOYOTA KO BLAME MAT KARO.. TOYOTA HAR AIK CHEEZ SEND KARTI HAI HAR AIM ASSEBLY PLANT KO... AB TUMHARE APNE PAKISTANI LOG DHOKE BAZ HAIN TO USME TOYOTA KA KYA KASOOR...
Brother according to the best of my knowledge , I didn't wrote any thing on the topic which you are taking about … LIKE
I.E. TOYOTA COROLLA STILL COMES WITH MANUAL WINDOWS
ETC
Honestly speaking they are considerable issues for users but not of serious kind ………….., But to some extend they are foolish issues when considering over all worth of
any car ……….
The topic on which I pushed hard
""""
ARE NOT RELATED TO ANY REGION OR MANUFACTURING SPECIALLY
BUT
I AM TALKING ABOUT
MAIN DESIGN
THAT REMAINS SAME EITHER YOU BUT A MIDDLE EAST VERSION OR ASIAN
""
Issue that should be considered seriously are SAFETY,
DURABILITY
ETC….
As I said in my article……..
""
Now a days Toyota is using worst quality of engine parts (Specially in their diesel engines i.e. Thailand made) being a bench mark in automobile industry therefore every 2supnd/sup corolla 2.0D (the latest model) ends up at 50,000 Km only
""
I used the word NOW A DAYS , which clearly shows that I am talking about present models ……..
Regarding SAFTEY
and DURABILITY
, I said ……..
""
Honda Civic is recognized in the World and in Pakistan too among cars of its class for its enormous road grip, on the other hand every 2supnd/sup Toyota Corolla owner complains that "IT FLIPS" when ever they applied break at high speed.
""
""
Honda has a tremendous record of reliability with cars that have engines seemingly able to run forever. Many car drivers and car dealers see Honda as a car synonymous with reliability, both in city and highway driving.
""
Thanks for honoring me to deliver the detailed answer of commonly asked question about corolla
"""
WHY IT FLIPS , ROLLOVER
ON EVERY
2supND/sup TURN ????
"""

Toyota used wish bone suspension in corolla from 1984-2001 , which is commonly known as INDIVIDUAL SUSPENTION
( or in local language QANCHI SUSPENTION )
During that time Toyota was never blamed for making grip less cars because the design was PERFECT.
AGAIN I WILL
USE THE SAME WORD
"" NOW A DAYS " , Toyota is using BEAM SUSPENTION , which mean connecting both tires with the same beam ,

In this situation when ever any tire comes in bad time it deliberately disturbs the 2supnd/sup tire connected to the other end of the beam .
Hence making the vehicle unstable ..............
Now coming to the 2supnd/sup quote……… the ENGINE RELIBILITY ONE .
I thing both the companies are mature enough to make flaw less engine ,
It mean that there will be little difference in the engines of both the companies ,
Which means there MATERIAL, OR DESIGNS COULD BE DIFFERENT……..
Here I would like to explain the FACT
that heat is a core reason of
wear and tear of
engines that’s why
engines life in cooler countries is MORE than in the hotter ones………..
HONDA uses SILVER metal to make engine block , which comes 2supnd/sup after COPPER
in HEAT CONDUCTIVITY SERIES ……….. i.e. silver transfers heat quickly , but slower than copper .
On the other hand TOYOTA , is still using CAST IRON , being a metal it also conducts heat
BUT
""
MUCH SLOWER THAN SILVER
""
It one of several reasons for longer engine life .
Here I would like to bring the financial aspect of the differences in to light …………
""
MAKING
BEAM
SUSPENTION
IS
CHEAPER
TO
BUILT
AND
MANUFACTURE
THAN
WISH
BONE
""
And to the best of my knowledge
""
SILBER
METAL
IS
MORE
EXPENSIVE
THAN
CONVENTIONAL
CAST IRON
""
These all are the basis upon which I am saying………..
Toyota owner was a business man , his intention was to extend business that's why he invested a lots of money and delivered reliable cars in the history , hence gained great name in automobile industry , owner of Honda was also a industrialist apart from an enthusiastic formula on driver , that's why Honda did so many experiments in making different engine, once honda made a v8 powered engine but unfortunately it was failed, in past time Honda was just a supplier of ring pistons to Toyota,
apart from motorcycle manufacturing.
than they entered automobile industry in 1960s , Honda was basically a technology seeking company ,that's why its focusing areas were very wide from motorcycles, automobiles, robots etc, they started to make smaller but highly reliable engine, because of their past experience in making rings and pistons for Toyota, Honda earned great name in engine manufacturing.
on the other hand Toyota was just an automobiles manufacturer , Toyota gained a huge name in automobile industry, now Toyota became market leader, know Toyota has a name ,being a business based company it has achieved what Mr toyoko had dreamed in his time , know the company is in the position to make and sell any thing under their brand name in higher than market prices very swiftly .
Honda is still on his track to achieve its goal , which is " getting first in technologies" i.e. not in numbers ,
Goal of selling more is a bit easy either by adopting China's thought or by making name and then expending sales ( which Toyota had followed )
the goal that Honda has, is a bit difficult in its nature to achieve specially in wider spans (aircrafts automobiles, engines etc) but it helps Honda in competing it competitors like Toyota . Being a technology oriented brand its vehicles are always equipped with
latest technologies of the time
( like VTEC , Honda introduced it in late 80's ,which is being used in 2000 by TOYOTA )
introducing new product(along with new technologies) always attracts customers , its the only reason that the sales of HONDA are still increasing by 1% , in a year in which brand like Chrysler and Toyota are losing the marks by two digit.
Thanks for replying and reading my article critically ………
