Nopes.. Nothing done to injectors. Only 30ml of injector cleaner in fuel tank 6 month intervals.
Does it harm anything in the injectors or sensors ?

Should I reset the ECU ?

No need to reset.
Take your car to someone with good obd2 device which can perform O2 test.
Check the fuel pressure inside the fuel rail.
Also check the injectors for leakage. There will be a chance that they would spray more fuel if there ever been cleaned.

Never directly cleaned the injectors... Are you saying even with using such small quantity (30 ml only in full fuel tank) every 6 months at max, can damage the injectors ?

No it will not damage the injectors can effect the fuel trims though.
Yes you have to install the pressure gauge between the fuel rail and pump.

Oh , do you mean using gumout injector cleaner can result in high consumption ?

If you change the octane no. of fuel. Fuel trims changes.
But check those things i listed

Ok. One thing I got done was throttle body cleaning. And after that the fuel consumption has increased.
Could this cause negative fuel trims ?

No that doesn't effect.

originally 8.5 to 9.5 km/Ltr but now only 5.0 to 5.5 , & 15 km/Ltr on longer drives in one go.

You can test the o2 using a good obd2 tool.
You can also do flow test of injectors to be sure.
Your fuel trims are showing rich sign that's why mileage dropped. And small city drives returns less mileage due to more stop and go.
Do the proper diagnosis. We can only assume until you start taking the steps.

Am facing a problem in my Honda civic 2013 my car starts bubbling in between 50 to 60 speed on slow paddle or on low rpm in start it was doing same thing on speed of 120 to 130 but after that I changed axle’s and foundation and it got solved but after some time again started but between 50 to 60 speed on low rpm so what should i do i read you threads of changing gear so what you suggest should I change gear oil? And which gear oil I should go for Honda Civic rebirth And from where am from karachi so can you suggest me a place and 2nd thing you wrote never flush gear oil what is meant by that?? Please give me solution for this problem thankyou..

this is related to axle. u probably got kabli axle which didnt last long. besides bubbling at high speed is more related to balancing of tyres. at lower speed it is related to axle

I showed it to mechanic axles are all right but it’s still doing bubbling at same smeed 50-60 then it gets normal

brother your inner axles have play and its a common issue with all reborn civics

physical inspection doesnt reveal anything. need to get new ones or good qabli ones.

Inner axles can also be repaired easily by good machinist/Kharadia.
I have also repaired my inner axle and it's working fine since a month.
