I have maintained all thing
Catalytic converter is clean
What i can do for improvement

Car converter cleaned
Which engine oil u r using and which area r u driving (for local temperature)
What's ur ODO meter

Tunning, i.e cleaning throttle body and changing plug (even non iridiums are ok) regularly makes huge difference.

I usually get from 10-15 kml regularly and non of it on motorway.

What all details you get out of it ?
And also how much you got the scanner for...
I have the same android panel in my car and looking for OBD scanner to go with it
