Civic X heat up issue

Aoa,
I have Honda Civic 2018 model and 114000km milage. The car is smooth with 12.5-13km/litre average in city and 17-18 on motorways. But recently I am facing engine heatup issue on long travels especially on Kalar Kahar hills (ac turned off). The coolant is full and I also had the radiator serviced a week ago but still having this issue. Is anyone else facing same issue with civicx? or can someone suggest good mechanic in rwp/isb area who can check properly

A grande came to a friend's shop for exactly same issue
The radiator was full of sludge
Anyways since that didnt work for u
Other things need to b checked

Sir was the coolant ever replaced? Coolant change every 5 years is a must.

You shall ask your car aircon guy to check of head pressure / expansion valve.

Yes I changed teh coolant (5-6 litres) with radiator service

Check radiator fan speed. Civic X has an issue with its radiator fan making noises and gets slow.

Also not a bad idea to repalce the Thermostat valve with a new genuine one. The old one may be malfunctioning.

You can get it checked at Rayyan Auto Zahid sb 0333511228 in I10 Islamabad.

I think you need to get the functionality of the Auto fan verified and also if your thermostat valve is working properly and opening at intended temperature and letting the colder water from radiator to circulate and cool the engine at the right time.
