Sir sir exactly same happened with me i was having back pain that started slowly out of nowhere and that traveled into my neck and later turned into headache. I consulted many doctors and even started at physiotherapist but even after month going regularly for therapy nothing improved i changed my bed started exercise nothing helped . Many test were performed all ALHAMDULLIAH were normal except vitamin d3 which came out 15ng/ml so i started 200000IU capsules firstly twice a month then 1 per month for 3 month and finally 1 after every 3 to 4 months. Literally it took 1 or max 2 months my back and neck pain vanished and never came back it was really a miracle as 2 years have passed with no pain while previous it was horrible period to go through. I also recommended this to my cousin who had same symptoms and it worked perfectly and till today he call me from Dr sahb.

Yes brother it is a fairly common yet neglected cause of back pains. 15ng/ml is low, imagine my condition at 3.5 ng/ml. As for supplements, do buy some as our diets are mostly not balanced and lack nutrition. I take Revitale by GSK (PKR 225), it has the recommended daily amount of almost all nutrients. Has a bad smell due to the iron in it, can't be taken without a meal.

Due to backpain we often start blaming our car seats because we spend quite a lot of time on them, I blamed the seats of the baleno I had aswell. In ops case yaar 38 lac ki gaari ka faida jab usme b kamar dard kare seat? But after the treatment I can sit on almost anything for hours without being bothered by pain, Alhamdulillah.

Civic X seats are hard, I had the same issue but fixed now. Didn't opt for factory leather as met the supplier who told me they supply for both Honda and Toyota and they are not complete leather seats (it's a mix) so didn't think they were worth it.

For a while had a gel seat cushion works really well and butt doesn't fall asleep. Worked perfect for a Karachi to Lahore trip. 3 months ago decided to get seat covers as the baby is growing up and now stands on them.

Got Japanese artificial leatherite seat covers made and installed with extra foam padding from Zamzama Karachi. Totally worth it and no longer need the gel cushion. The padding actually makes the seats look much better too. Cost 12000 and highly recommended.

For back pain would recommend get a vitamin D check. It's deficiency is fairly common and fix is simple too. Indrop D (Rs 200) capsules once a week for 3 weeks and all good.
Infact I know people who didn't get tested and went ahead with the 3 weeks course and all good.

Hi. Are these on orginal seats or padding with new covers

New covers on the existing seats with extra padding built into the covers. Took almost 1.5-2hrs to install.

But if you already have leather seats installed would advise this, had a gel cushion before I got the padded seat covers. The seat covers are better but the gel seat cushion does the job too. Can buy from hyperstar.

Yes the Leather seats are for sure bogus and very hard. Had the same issue and its a backpain for a person who has a little weaker back.
I have a 2019 model and its the same as 2016, so people saying they have fixed the issue. I donot agree. Its THE same. Moveover i had to do this with my brand new 5000kms driven car, but this was the only solution i could have gone for. I went to Bilal Ganj bought a pair of front 2 japanese seats, found the person who manages warranty for Honda seats .. got time from him .. Got the original front seats pulled out .. and switched the japanese foam against the local non-foam hard gel. Used the original frame, leather everything except the foam inside. and Alhamdulillah its perfect now. Butts dont sleep now as mentioned and you feel like sitting in a normal japanese car rather than sitting on a PHATTA as before.
If you want to keep the car, this is the only solution. As i was almost upto the point of selling it and gettina a sportage instead if this didnt work too.
Let me know if you need number of the seat guy ( i think i have it but im not sure if he has another pair of it or not ) .. The honda seat warranty guy number i have it .. he is a good person even will come to your house with extra charges to do the work.
