in 2006 or 7 , a friend got a new mehran, it was white like an egg with mtaching bumpers, went for a test drive, had a quick trip of Fsd from Lahore thru motorway, had alot fun, everyone was charged!
on the way back most of us were calmed down and car was cruising at 30, as we were approaching home hardly 2 kms away, a dog came running, crossing the road, impact was on the left corner, dog ran away with double speed but we stopped as:
bumper was broken
hood was bent
left fender was bent
headlight went inside, locks must have been broken
condensor, radiator pushed back and the radiator fan stopped as it got stuck with battery cover
it was devistating and noone was agreeing to park the car at his home to avoid the blame from friends father who actulay bought the car, waited for some time and then parked the car outside with cover on it after making deal with denter that he will fix it after fajar prayers, pity that we could not inform insurance at that time!
