For setup like mine you will need new pair of headlights, and on top of it projector kit will cost you around 30k.
My setup costs like 50k at this moment. I would recommend you to go for photum leds in low and high which is a cheaper solution for you . You can get them from here.

Okay. yeah 50K is too expensive for me to spare for headlights. Regarding photum, Is this s renown brand. I could not find them on Daraz Pk and even on Ali express.
Also I am skeptical about buying it online (past experience has not been good) so wanted to ask from where can i buy these lights in person ?
also advise on average cost of getting these bulbs. and should i change both, high and low or just high is fine ? Main concern is to get adequate light on road.

I use only Low on speeds 140-150 Kmph. High are not needed.

Go for BI LED. Will cost you 23-24 thousands for Hi and Lo.

Read my above post somewhere where I mentioned eyesight getting good in all other cars and weak only in Civic.

Anyways to spare further useless argument here is what I want to say to you: You are right man 🏻

In case of civic it will cost more than 50k if you go for spare headlights as well coz cutting is involved. I did it myself with my mechanic so I didn't purchase new set of headlights and went for it in original one.
Photum is best led I have ever used. Better than morimoto 2 stroke led which got xhp 50 chips and costs 130$. Do not compare cheap chinese leds with photum as photum got twice more light than chinese leds. Contact them and they will share best price with you. It's a sub brand of yeaky which is a korean company as far I know. I have compared philips ultinon with photums as well, and both have same amount of light but philips cost 25k these days.

May be i need to adjust them a bit more raised although they are 3 turns higher in setting now.... or may be due to 3M anti glare CR70 on front screen which i am thinking to remove...

It's wise not to temper with OEM bulb setting. I wonder why you had to raise them ?

May be coz of tint i am having on windshield which i am now firm to remove it as it was for parking under the sun. As it reduces glare at night so as the vision too....

Don't fit anything that can effect vision. Neither a tint on screen nor on a headlight.
