I think that you are asking steering rack.
I git it checked. It was diagnosed by 3S that it is start of problem. They checked my service history and since I have been keeping service from same dealership, they accepted it as Quality defect and raised a Quality claim. They said that it can't be guaranteed. After sometime , I contacted Honda plant and after couple of follow up calls and correspondence, they informed me that they have sent part.
U discussed with 3S and they said that Honda is slowly accepting it , however low mileage and complete service history helps the case.
