The compression ratio for oriel engine isn't as high as turbo.

Most turbo users including me are reporting bad performance by using Altron while the car worked just fine on HOBC!

both the engine compression is same

9.7 is miss printed, the previous engine R18 was 10.5 and 10.6 and this one is also 10.6 do check honda Thai website or wikipedia

Please share from where in Karachi did you get this done and how much did it cost.

Got these done from Mukarram on Tariq Road near Allah Wali Chawrangi, as I had done my earlier cars from him as well and their covers are still the holding their ground some 5 years later.

In hindsight, I think the design on the front seats (the black in the middle) could've been done improved with respect to ratio of black with beige and side threading. Unfortunately, I didn't have a picture on how the originals looked like and hadn't looked at messages by @sashah666 and @arkhitekt before leaving my place for this.

Overall, it pushed me back PKR 14k for seatcovers (6k), centre console (1k), flooring (3k), side doors (3k) and steering (1k). Apart from these, bought trunk tray, floor matts and got the trunk concealed from him as well. All this for another PKR 6k, totalling PKR 20k for the entire package.

The door panel stitching is much neater than oem misaligned sub standard stitching. And that steering is looking BEE-YOU-TEE-FULL

I wanted to ask whether if anyone has used pso altron premium which is 92 RON in their civic vtec turbo.Was there any problem in the car when using it like knocking aur anything other?

One of my friends used it and some other members have also stated their experience on previous pages. Nutshell: PSO Altron is crap as of now.

Even the engine sound of my 1.8 became slightly rough after PSO Altron so Turbo is a total NO GO for it. As always even before Altron most PSO pumps had poor fuel.

The good news is, Total has also started receiving upgraded fuel. They haven't advertised it yet because they plan to do it next month once the transition is complete.

I don't know, man. Proly designed to put OPTP large fries box in one and a drink in the other.

i wont fill 92 RON on civic turbo for now as some of them has complained even on 1.8 civic, still using HOBC on my civic turbo so far no problem

I am not sure how authentic is this but some friend told me that.. PSO holds huge, the largest storage of gasoline in the country.. around 30 to 45 days or more storage.. they might be mixing the imported fuel with the one from storage and supplying to pumps.. reason to get rid of the fuel from storage.. Again its not a verified but rumoured.

i wont fill 92 RON on civic turbo for now as some of them has complained even on 1.8 civic, still using HOBC on my civic turbo so far no problem

Even fuel from new higher RON lots arriving at fuel stations is mixed with existing old RON rating fuel in tanks. It will take some time to clear out all old stock through dilution and real figures and stats will be had in 2-3 months. Best is to get fuel filled from major stations with high sales volume.

better to wait for another 2-3 weeks, as for now altron premium or shell 92 RON on my other cars is giving less or same fuel average.
