I have been trying to get these folks to tune my Oriel but they are very dodgy about giving an appointment. Now it has been a month and all I hear is, "Sir by the end of this week". The end of the week comes and when I call to confirm a day in advance, the story is, "Sorry Sir. The machine is spoilt, or, we are on a tour of another city or the tuner has family issues". In my book this is very unprofessional.
BTW, I am based in Islamabad. Maybe owners in other cities have better experience.
One more thing, Except Karachi where proper tuning is done on a dyno, in all other cities the tuning is a bit of "tuka bazi". They claim that there will be an "improvement" but cannot say by how much. They say that each Civic engine is different and responds differently to the tuning. So it is your luck if you get a 25HP increase or 10HP. Price is still 35K for the job. I spoke to the guy here and expressed my concern over the inability to have on means to measure the HP increase and suggested that in the absence of the dyno I could do 0-100 acceleration runs before and after the tuning. To me at least 1 to 1.5 sec improvement will be worth the 35K. To that this guy said there will be no much difference in 0-100 times. 
So can anyone here explain the point in spending 35K with no impact on acceleration times????
