Solution is to “reduce” the number of cars. Not increase it and I specifically said for smaller cars as they are the highest in numbers.
This is standard practice globally.
Solution is to improve traffic system and implement the law in proper spirit as well as ensure more parking spaces. After a proper traffic system exists urban density should be reduced. These are the required steps. Reducing number of cars is feasible only in countries where small cars are not expensive assets
So parking lots posing as roads is the answer then
