Claim of insurance on wagon R

I met an accident while driving my 4 month old wagon R. Id like to calim the insurance as it is insured by atlas insurance. Can anyone pls guide me on how to plead my case with the company and how to deal with the surveyor.

I have attached a photo of it. There's a huge dent on the doors and some scratches too. I have beem advised to push for replacements of the doors. I can post the picture agaun if it's not visible to u

Call your insurance company and they will do the rest.

this whole door must be changed under insurance. dont go for repair no matter what the surveyor or insurance company insists. just call the toll free number of Atlas Insurance to lodge a complain, they will ask you place of survey of vehicle and a surveyor will come to take pictures. since car is 4 months old, depreciation on part (door assembly) will be maximum 5% (talking w.r.t Adamjee Insurance's standards) and labour will be 100% borne by Insurance company. thats all.
