Sorry buddy didn't mean to offend you...
Thing is I've been to quite a few showrooms in khi but none seem to have 530d's even though 530i's are abundant secondly deewan will take 4-6 months to deliver the car which is a bit too long hence I or rather my father decided to look for a used one in good nick.... else we will send for a new one don't worry...
The reason i asked you was because i assumed you were a dealer since the link you provided was for a showroom or a dealers website...
