actualy lambda does work. motor steps are controlled and it shows on the computer when attached.
Its PVR and seems to have made a lot of difference. fine tuning is necessary to determine the good setup of motor steps, coz spectra is the first they are installing so ideal combinations are not known to them.
Now only if there computer shows false information, then we can say that lambda does not work. On the screen it seems fine without any connection to car's own ECU.

u r spot on in your analysis. Altis has a Lamda sensor and mine had costed me 2500 Rs. extra + a new venturi so i think i have got same deal as Xain.
after proper fine tuning, i will let xain hava drive. it would be a step down for him after his altis but i need his valuable comments for sure
