CNG in new VITZ & new XLI?

a colleague got cng in his new xli. i am going to check it out tomorow in details
but he got a BRC kit with 60 cylinder.
only problem he states for now is, with AC its giving 110 km's max.

its more then horrible dear
plz explain after visiting n inspecting it
coz i am in mode for having new xli after my i vtec
but at this time my city is giving much more then u had mentioned
