Cng in Prado or Surf?

i'm not a huge CNG fan either and i share views on CNG with akbar, but at the end of the day a cheaper alternative fuel with little trade off is another way to describe diesel (and CNG) too. and in this case @spooky was given a gift and he wants to run it cheaply so i guess CNG makes sense to him.

if it wasn't a gift i would have told him to sell it and buy something else but in this case he has no choice as far as i can see.

if u want i can giv u the no of tht person who converted his prado 2 cng, u can ask him abt itz performance etc
i saw BMW on cng and a BENZ too, the benz guy imported the cng kit 4 his car

being an engineer i would like to devalop a relation between engine power and cng consumption & gasoline consumption by providing the petrol price , the cng price and the engine cc of the vehicle as variables so that anyone would just put in the values and know the knowledge of what will be feasible for him. provided for how many years he will keep the car 1,2,3,4 or more years.

yaar if u think that cng is cheaper then petrol then u r wrong. because after every 2500km u have 2 change engine oil, spark plugs, air filter. aur phir itnee lambii line hotee hai cng key liyee. main yea nahe keh raha hai key cng buree nahee hai. mere fx aur santro main hai cng. vitz aur spectra petrol par hai. agar dekha jayee to cng laganey key baad engine ke maintainance pey jo jitna kharcha nikal ta hai wo petrol par agar chalayee to nahee nikal tha. i havee tested this thing. aur waisey bhee yaar yea prado or surf kee baat horahee hai to yaar diesel ley loo mere bhai.

waisey prado or surf diesel ho to ziada acha hai. if u know vitz & platz also come in diesel engine & it is 1.4L. 1400cc diesel engine. my bro wants 2 buy diesel vitz now after seeing. yaa to car petrol par hoo ya diesel par. no cng!!!!!

Once i Saw a Black 2005 Prado at the CNG station in Islamabad which came for refillinG.It was a strange experience for me as i had never seen any Prado or Surf at the CNG Station in Karachi.

I alwayz thinks if people can not afford the cost of petrol than why they buy big cars like Prado,Civic,Corolla and then convert it to CNG.Why dont they buy Cng liana,Cultus,Mehran
