CNG related problems

hi Guys,
i m from islamabad and associated with CNG workshops,was running my own but left due to studies and job but i may help u for ur ride's CNG problems,feel free to ask anything ..

I got a used santro 2006 with factory fitted CNG installed.
But there is a problem with its CNG indicator. i.e
The indicator is always blinking with its all green lights regardless the cylinders are full or empty. Please anybody tell me what is the prob. and from where i can make it fix.

How is the quality of CNG in these days. I have seen Faiz CNG on Khanna Pul and queue was big. Anyone used CNG in these days ??

From where you are getting CNG ??

Kaleem cng or from gulrez or from g.t road

3 days back filled CNG from kaleem and still 3 lights remaining 70km done lets see how it goes.

Asalam-O-Alaikum!

I've bought Suzuki Cultus 2010 efi. The issue I am facing is when it get converted to cng after 92 sec, it automatically converts back to petrol, some times cng switch's lights turn off itself. I have discussed the issue with a few cng kit workers, they says "its due to switch as it is malfunctioning, change it". Is it recommended to change the stock switch with custom switch m96 along with wiring which enables car to get convert automatically after 5 sec and lambda sensor will be no longer incharge?

Please help.

im facing cng related problem, that i recently filled cng after 2 months since it was close due to winters but now once i convert to cng from petrol then it is not converting to cng. sound of tik is coming the guage shows full lights of cng but car not starting on cng. i have alto vxr 2010 and factory fitted cng.

my CNG all four light remain ON, even if the cylinder is empty. How can i fix this problem?

which type of gauge are you using resistor type or the one which has circuit in needle

I am attaching a picture for your understanding. Gauge is fixed on pipe, which is coming from tank and fixed with gas inlet.

This is the gauge under bonnet, its needle goes down day by day as CNG is used.

Dear brother you made a topic for this problem there i replied you what you have to do is that remove the connector from the gauge which has 3 wires green white and black and check the status of the lights if red light comes on its the gauge if not the issue is with the wiring or program of the switch

Dear i have Honda EXI prosmatic drove 130,000 on CNG but now had to change the transmission as the old went dead suddenly now it is heavy on petrol for my budget on petrol should i use CNG again whats ur advice?

Use the correct advancer
And change the transmission oil on time
Gear shifting should b very smooth.it not it will put extra burden on gear n wear it out quick like before

due to shortage of gas and drop in fuel prices
many cng workshops packed up including famous ones

try your luck on stadium road if any of the older setup folks is still functional
