First let me compliment (Y) you on your great service to us CNG Pakwheelers. Now my query is it advisable to use electronic advancer on carborator cars with electronic distributor. See the problem is the mechanic has advanced the timing so it knocks on petrol and so so on CNG. Corolla 82' 4K Twin squish full TTC. Landi Renzo with 50Litres Inflex Cylinder. Installation time One year. Mileage 5000 Miles done after installation. When installed it ran excellent with no timing change but with tune up pick has dropped, slow running (Idling) is different on CNG and Petrol. On CNG it stalls and on Petrol it is almost 1000rpm. Pl suggest how should I get them work in sync. i.e. petrol and CNG. Should not stall in idling when on CNG and consumption too is not very good 55-60 miles/cylinder or 90-95km/cylinder approx. IMP. Injector is used for Gas supply to carborator and no Venturi. Thanks.

cng vehicle is fit both on petrol/cng very often...
and i think timing is not as it shud be... also reduce the gap of plugs and thn tel me, also tell me in detail abt wt u hav done for tune up ???

Ok! I'll get it done and in tuning following things were done,
1-Tappet adjustment.
2-Plug cleaning and adjustment. Pls. suggest Gap size. At this moment gap size is 1.00.
3-Air filter change. Paper filter installed.
4-Carborator Air-Petrol mixer adjustment.
5-Gas Fast and Slow adjustment.
6-Oil drain checked for any oil in the kit Result=-ive.

That's all for tuning.

Hi! I was waiting for ur reply to my query what is the appropriate gap for the plugs at present it is 1.00 and why it should be reduced is there some electrical problem or for CNG it is standard.

My car is perfect on CNG and on petrol and CNG there is very little difference .PROBLEM STARTS when car is full with people like 4 to 5 persons and with AC on And LIGHT on.the power is reduced to 50% and on road small cars r faster then me like pick up from signal ETC.

IS THERE ANY DEVICE OR GAS PUMP WHICH WILL INCREASE ITS PERFORMANCE AAND MY CAR IS BALENO 1.3

Hi I am shahriar from Bangladesh. I have converted my car ( Mazda Axela 2006 1500cc, DOHC 16-valve VVTi 4-speed AT electronically-controlled ,Torque converter with electronic lockup) 5 days ago with landirenzo kit, ULYSES Plus Emulator and advancer, Landirenzo amplifier and 60 cc cylinder. My main problem is the car accelerate very slowly when AC is running. When Ac is turned off acceleration improves a lot but still slow. Brakes become harder. ‘Navana’ the largest cng facilities in my country converted my car, everyday they converts more than 35 cars. They tuned my car several times. After there tuning, car shows some improvement but after some hours the acceleration falls again. They close the air flow to less than half. When I run my car with octane its just amazing. Oh one more thing, before cng conversion, in neutral Rpm was 11-13 but now its only 8. Please solve my problem.

today morning my mechanic change stap connection from air flow sensor to PIM sensor. accelaration is ok some times but when car starts from a signal with AC on and Streering is more than 30 % rotated accelaration becomes very very slow break becomes harder.

my 1.3 manual lancer on cng has an ok pick on cng in low gears but when the car is going to reach 100 and after that,, ,, the pick reduces considerably and if some steep road comes the speed drops to about 80,,,,,

so bro how can i increase the pick on high speeds(90+) so that the speed can be maintained on the highway???

the above mentioned emu+advancer are not maching with ur car. landienzo1 is fake,not original. so if u can have, go for tomasetto lovato , or neo tec. do it then do tell me after tht !

just air mixture frm powerT will solve out this problem, also possible bad quality gas filled in ur cylinder.

I have 3 questions to ask!
1- i`ve heard a lot that City-Vario is a total failure on CNG. can U plz mention wat is the real problem with the car on CNG.

2- How do U rate the performace of City-(01-02) old shape, automatic transmission on CNG? r there any serious issues with this car on CNG as well. (plz note i,m talking about the auto transmission version of the car).

3- Wat are emulator & advancer???
wat r their function? (plz dont b very technical in ur reply as i dont know much technicalities)
& if u can plz recommend any web-link containing information about them.

I waited for ur reply but I see u have replied all the rest anyway I got it reduced and now the car has started stalling in the idling. Acceleration has improved but the running is not smooth. Starting is also giving problem.

yaar yeh kuch log cng kit ke liye air intake pipe nikal ker carberetor ke intake inlet per tape laga dete hain
i still not understand what is use of it
once i removed that pipe , car start dying on 1st & 2nd gear while when i put tape on it, it becomes better but when i reput pipe again,it becomes normal so i again stick to original
can anyone explian
