CNG related problems

hi fyq, Bro i have a toyota duet 99 model car it has the emulator installed in it with cng kit can u tell me what is the main function of this emulator. because it was not working properly so my mechanic has made a direct connection for petrol now my car is working f9 but i have a doubt about the functionality of emulator so i have asked you and does this direct type of thing harmful for my car or not your expert counseling is required

bro these simple jits can giv a good performance on 4age, however, oyrsa kit has a model wid multi outputs..which is currently not available in pakistan. i dont remmber the exct model number, but its in my knowledge. cng systems has vast number of components for diffrent kind of engines. if we install any mismatch model in engine, it will not produce the require3d or desired output and performance. a common example can be seen in factory fitted cng n liana... thts sequential type of component.

Could you shed some light on what is wrong with the SIS kit in Liana? I have had no issues Alhamdolillah in runnig the car on it for 3 years. the performance is outstanding and it has a separate ECU for CNG which means my car runs perfectly on petrol AND on CNG.

Kindly elaboarte what you are saying. According to Landi Renzo, the kit is perfectly suitable for naturally aspirated, electronic fuel injection engines of displacements upto 2.0 Ltr.

hey FYQ. i have mehran 99. it has landi kit installed.. problem yeh hai k us k sath wala landi ka switch k sensor kharab ho gae the and i cant able to convert it into petrol,, and i have not found landi switch in our city.. a month ago i replace it from landi renzo switch and its light not working proprly.. jab tank ful kartey hain tou sab sey uper wali light apni marzi sey on hoti hai.. and abi kabi when i switch the car to start tou TICK ki awaz ati hai kit sey kabi kabi wo awaz b nahi ati due to which car start ni hoti... CNG tunning k bad pick or performance thek rehti hai but after a 20 days pick or prefamance kaam hoti jati hai :\ 70km/hr sey upper ap menate kardo tou age nahi jati and start vibrating on cng can u plz tell is there any problem in landi kit??

emulator is an electronic device tht is used to start the engine on petrol and convert it to the cng.and better to chng the emulator, direct excess current may harm the electronic devices.

yes ..sure liana with ff cng has some really gud performance. and theres nothing wrong in it...i stated "a mis-match kit or component dznt giv a performance, and an appropriate component surely gives.." while as in liana, its kinds perfect component, i.e really designed for such engines. i m feeling my words stated tht " common example of mis-match can be seen in liana..." didnt mean tht though....as the poster asked kit for multi throttle engine...n i answered him to get the appropriate component as in liana...

bro go to mechanic, chck the gas solonoid...coil on the kit, n piston inside as well. and recheck, if tht doesnt work, install a relay with tht by any electrician. starting prblm will be solved. and for cng lights...install the sensor for it. but ist u have to see wt type of sensor is required depending upon the kind of switch. if its kind of sensor volume, install tht..n if its needle sensor.install tht.

bro there are many reasons tht cause rpm unstable.. ist tell wt u have done so far regarding solving it.

yaar a mechanic told me to get the tapits adjusted so i got it done from honda & throtlle body wash, plugs change etc. were also done. then he adjusted but now its again giving the same problem.

Assalamualaikum! I have mehran 2004 vx. I feel that sometimes, the rpm at 20km/h speed is high and sometimes its relatively lower..has it got something to due with tuning? cuz im noticing some adverse change in fuel economy recently...cuz i didnt have it tuned for a long time though!! just wanted to know if its only tuning problem...and what if i adjust the "dial" my self??--the dial which adjusts how much gas should be released into the engine...

coil is new but stil some times switch ko do teen bar on off karna parta hai and then that TICKsounds come and it get started.. piston check karwa lo ga... changeover switch jo ajkal touch wala hai renzo ka wo lagaya hai .. it also give problem sometimes when driving on petrol, dun know what but after changing switch i often drive it on petrol (almost after 2 sal k bad petrol per chalana start kia), on petrol it needs sometime heavy padels otherwise gari band ho jati hai.. cng per asa nahi hota

one thing more whats the difference between landi and landi renzo kit ?? and is there anyother kit available for mehran better then landi or renzo kit??

landi is older model/brand frm landi renzo. anywaz. if it gives u prblm, chng it to landi renzo smaller sized kit tht r avlable in mrkt these days.

guys there is an article related to hypermilage read that its great....secondly remove oil from kit and cylinder....thirdly dnt accelerate too much....my khyber gives milage of 240km/cylinder alhadmullilah....cylinder is of 50 kg

I have margalla 96. My car is giving me excellent millage but not setisfied with the acceleration.My mechanic told me that install cultus geniune venturi into air cleaner and it will increse the pick. Experts advise required plz.

yes that venturi will surely help..i installed it in my khyber, its responce increased and so did mileage! it costed around 500,350 for venturi and 150 for installation, dont go for original one sor something,its not rocket science so buy the cheapest and get it in!

2)is air blocked on every cng car whether efi or not ?is it possible to run a car without air blocked on cng regardless of the milege.?

I meant is it good on CNG unlike Vario? what sort of mileage should i expect ?
