About pre-wax, just keep in mind that you should prepare the paint base with a cleanser that removes prior layers of wax and embedded dirt from the paint to allow better bonding of the wax (collinite in this case). If you have something similar, that should be perfectly fine as well.
About price, I mentioned in the main post that its pricing is very tight. Take a look here Collinite Insulator Wax (845) | Durable Low Cost Liquid Car Wax . Its priced 18 pounds and 18 x 165 = 2970. I have rounded it to 2950. So thats why i am charging the shipping 150 (which although is 180 from leopards courier, so again rounding that to 150. 
So you can see, I've already slashed a 50 from the total cost. Difficult to absorb shipping.
If you are looking to slash the shipping cost, I could look into sending it to you via my colleague who goes Peshawar Friday evening. You can meet him in hyatabad (khyber medical college). Let me know if you'd prefer this option. In this case you can give the money to him by hand and not require to visit bank for deposit.
