OP, I don't think comparing local franchise of any international chain with US or for any other market for that matter makes sense. There are too many factors that are drastically different amongst franchises of same restaurant in different countries which will render such comparison completely useless. You can possibly compare a McDonald's franchise in two different cities in Pakistan, since they will have common factors to compare. Comparing a franchise in Pakistan with a franchise in US will be as fruitless as comparing an orange with a watermelon. Both are fruits (even though botanically, watermelon is a vegetable) but that's about it.
