I also booked my Honda City from Honda Centre Rawalpindi.
I got my customer relationship number from them within a week and after that I remained in contact with Honda Factory about the status of my car. Once dealership people tried to be oversmart by giving me another car before 1st July (prices were getting reduced after 1st July) but I turned down their offer.
When Honda factory told me that your car has been dispatched, I kept calling these Honda Centre Rawalpindi people to notify me when my car approaches. When they didn't notify me I went to their center and asked them to hand over my car. Their senior most official (I think he was the same person you mentioned in your post) was becoming very over smart. He even said that he has petrol pumps of his own. I said so what should I do? I am not here to discuss your petrol pumps. I know my car has reached this place so hand it over to me. He doesn't know anything about automobiles, yet he is working here. I saw him giving wrong advices to the customers. Anyways I got my car's delivery that day but they did not give me 25,000 Rs cheque (The differential amount due to price reduction). They gave me one week time for that, but they didn't call me even after 3 weeks. So I called them and said that its not a car which you people are manufacturing, its just a cheque. I used very harsh words with that guy and threatened him. The next day he handed that cheque to me.

How did petrol pumps land into the discussion? I dont get the lowball cheap mentality of people to show-off this like the guy in the dealership.

SO WHAT if you own a raggedy smelly petrol station.. If as a person you cannot conduct any sort of business on a clean slate you are a fraud. You should have pasted that to his face. A few gaaliyan too. WHY? the guy is a cheap loser who couldnt do anything better in life.

I used to get these comments too when in business, e.g. meray chacha, etc etc. (insert appropriate forces here) mein hain, yeah SO? why should I care? These kind are gasbags and back-off when they cannot present a good answer to you.

though its an old post but i want to revive it, well this Mr yasir is a bloody show off, i know him his father owns tht F-7 shell petrol pump, and i know the story of how did he open this showroom of his, he was actually not allowed to pen by Army due to security issues and trust me he woulld run every nuk and corner and woulld go to every indiviudual to ask him to help, and once he was able to open the same he was totally a changed man and would behave as if he is bloddy hel of a guy, well i booked my city in mid feburary and this HONDA centre telll me that its going to be delivered after mid june. i mean my money is a hard earned one yaar, i am losing much on it anyways this is pakistan, and this is how it is, with no customer rights...... but as for the honda fat *** Yasir he is a pethatic man a bloddy show off and a cheap man

this is the ironoy of this country tht 3 month 15 days have passed and still no signs of my City, ha ha i have actually stoped asking them and would F*** them as after 60 days they are supposed to pay the customer the markup at government rates, ok so 14 lack 50 thousabd must have a mark up of 14 k permonth, no problem i will ask thm for around 28 k hahahhaa..... markup and if they dont pay i wont sign the delivery ltr, thx Honda i am going to have tyres and rims from your side

The latest on this dealer's father has been that the Gas Authorities or Police forced the entire pump to shut down on Thursday till yesterday i.e. Sunday because they kept on selling gas despite the CNG Weekend. This meant NO Petrol, Diesel, Hi-Octane OR Shell Shop. Also, they broke down the hub made for Oil Change and Tire Pressure gauge because those were not included in the master plan ov the pump......

I have been contacting Honda Customer Care for inquiring regard the delivery date. Even they are giving varying dates for delivery. When I called this Wednesday they told that car will leave on Thursday, on thursday they said car will leave on friday and the latest is that car will leave on tuesday.

I wonder will they really gonna deliver the car? Is production for City is stopped once again?

They are doing the same thing with me from the past one week. First delivery date was 21 which was saturday, on 21st they said that the car will be delivered on 23 on 23 they said 24th, on 24th they said 25th, on 25th they said 26th, on 26th they said 27th and after consistently calling them today I went to the showroom ( City Sales ) and met the sales manager and told him what a stupid team of sales executive he has and now he ( Sales Manager ) assured me that I will get the delivery on Monday. I am sure that on Monday they will say Tuesday.

The car is Honda City Auto non-aspire.
