Confused - Need Help- 2 million budget. which car to buy?

Well bhai jaan Top gear and especially Jeremy Clarkson always against Japanese cars. and after looking at this LIANA video he did that for purpose. BTW i donot own LIANA but i know that there is a break issue and also suspension issue plus low resale value. u can get 2007 Liana in 650,000-7,00,000.

Well, atleast you considered a bit about issues, I am not totally against it, but when people compare it with Civics, corollas and Citys, I don't know how to argue with them, Civics, City & corolla are far better than Liana, these cars cannot be compared with Liana if you know its build quality & standards

^^ same here, baleno is also better than liana, but 1.6Baleno Gti was the best, My friend once owned it & I have driven that, Its japanese made, its interior is also very much different from Pakistani Baleno+ its CNG n Petrol average is better than City, But Suzuki is Suzuki n Honda is Honda

In 1.5 mill budget i would go with the sunny 1.6.
I drove my friend's its got an awesome drive quality
Only part bad is that parts are bit expensive
But no worries since it will be leased car so it will have insurance.

Honda Civic 1.8 Oriel (manual or auto, whatever You want, personally i would pick the Manual) for Rs. 1.8 Mn

By the way spending anything over 1 million on Liana, Aveo, Sunny is nothing but a waste, Investor minded Pakistanis dont offer a good price for a used car unless its a Toyota / Suzuki / Honda.

well the new city was the option out of the whole list of cars but i heard some rumors about the problems it has. the manual is fine but there are some issues with the automatic one.

you recommended this, perhaps you have it and can let us all know the performance of the new city automatic

i already have booked an altis. will sell my 2003 vitz soon and upgrade it to new shape. but still looking for a 3rd car .

I have a manual city, and i would say its way better than crappy pak made rollas . fuel consumption is good on long drive i drove it on 80 all the way to okara and the meter showed an average of 19.7 KM/L i am still running on the same fuel tank and just took this picture so with urban and extra urban its giving me 14-15 L/KM.

and with decent body extension this is what you get :)

few days bak i bought a brand new nissan sunny 2010 model, its a 1.6L Auto and i must say its a great car with some nice features...in 14,70 u'll get 1.6L auto, driver side Air bag, ABS, 15' alloywheels with bridgestone tyres, a crappy cassette player along with a not so crappy cd player, 6 speakers, good comfy seats and a neat interior...build quality is really good since all the parts are being imported and still if (tht is a BIG IF) u find anything unusual that is because its being assembled here in karachi...the only local thing in the car is its battery but overall its a very nice car and a true value for money if u wanna keep it for a few years.

If resale isn't a huge issue then definetly Nissan Sunny, if resale and spare parts do bother you then go for City.
