I tried to contact Iran’s main government backed company who is converting old cars in their country (Peugeots) to ev’s so that i could possibly convert our 2000 year civic but no response as yet.
Dont see no positive players in our country to convert so far according to international standards.

I have found complete conversion kits for cars on alibaba, with two motors, two controllers, throttle paddle, gear switch, dash board, brakes, and other accessories.

I need suggestions. Though there are other technicalities, my first curiosity is that how will we connect the wheel hubs (in the first two pictures) to the cars suspension? either front or rear.

The target cars for conversion, let say mehran, fx, alto, cuore, etc

I have talked to a company, whose representative told me that the controller actually works as current manager, so no high torgue at the startup, rather it provides soft torque to the wheels, and speed limiter is there.

To reduce sudden torque and starting current.

Dont buy such a vehicle, there will be some jobs on it that require specialized tooling and as these are less than a few dozen cars in the country, it will become your garage decoration piece if something complex goes wrong.
