The mechanics these days do not fit headgasket, by properly facing check of head or using good quality silicon for it.
They use their fingers and X ray eyes to check head facing.
I faced the same bi monthly head gasket failure in the past, due to which i had to overhaul the engine.
The solution was to check its facing with proper equipment and use good quality silicon and coolant.
After it, it's been almost 6 years with 110,000 km on the same head with same engine (overhauled by my Dad's friend), not a single head gasket has been changed, despite of few heatups (upto 55-60% heat gauge).
