Short review on Dyn's system
well guys i was a die hard focal user and used lots of focal audio gear in past as u all know but now i came to know how bright and treble happy they were the sound was good, but i felt it could be better until i got my hands on Dyn system thats where i was blown away with way better sq and i find music to be really clean sounding,neutral and natural,more detailed,flat and yes they are power hungry yet quite efficient at same time and i think ive already got enough power for them :rolleyes: am incredibly happy with my purchases Alhamdolilah as these speakers can get extremely loud without being fatiguing or harsh at all.my system has never sounded better so now i no longer feel the need to upgrade am just enjoying the music

Highs/tweeter:
the highs are very realistic not shrill or splashy.these tweeters are completely non-fatiguing that allows me to listen them for extended periods of time

Mid/bass:
the sound produced by these mw162's midbass is as neutral as ive heard in car environment its just pure realistic tone without being overly warm or smooth

Lows/subwoofer:

Glad that you liked the Dynaudio, they are one of the best brands out there (Y). I think now you should invest on a active capable DSP or a active capable Head unit. Going active will help you correct the path length differences and also will give you independent driver level matching and L-R separate equalizer etc. You have got nice equipment, going active will help you get the full potential out of them.

+1 on what Nauman bhai said, it's not just the equipment but the tuning to get the maximum potential out of your equipment.It's high time that you took the jump because running passive with high end equipment doesn't do justice to it.Have heard this subwoofer and it's definitely fast,musical and blends seamlessly.You've got all the necessary ingredients it's time you started the cooking.

wow many thanks sir jee yup no doubt dynaudio are great and they produce neutral and detailed sound which i personally like and prefer (H) jee bilkul am interested in going active but only when i find a good capable processor as am still going for dvd player in future lolz cant live without it (screen ka shashka hi aur he :P) .. suggestions from gurus for improving this system further are always welcome and appreciated

many thanks bro and totally agreed with u regarding proper tuning part .. i am looking into it and my next upgrade will be to get my hands on some capable audio processor for going active bro i didnt heard subwoofer personally yet but since its praise is comming from another audio guru it must be something worth noting to yup this system is lying in store and will be installed once new ride enters in garage inshAllah .. plus you also have a very awsome sq setup installed mashAllah many congrats on ur future sq upgrades bro (H) suggestions from gurus for improving this system further are always welcome and appreciated :)

Dyn's are no doubt an awesome brand to upgrade from Focal .... BTW ,that sub is very very dangerous when it comes to lows .... Just refrain from playing SPL tracks on it
