Even today i covered 269 KM in less than 14 Liters On my Toyota 2od Saloon 2009 from Okara to Muzafargarh at an average speed of 85 to 100 and 110. Its beyond imagination truly.

Aoa iam using corolla 2.0d 2009 model and i face issues with its temperature guage. It never stays at optimum level. Whenever its in city it almost goes to center but whenever car speeds up it again fells down. Iam specially having issues in morning because the needle never reaches center and heater of the car is not very effective. I have changed its thermostat valve but it has made only a minor change. Iam unable to find original thermostat valve for this. Please someone suggest which thermostat valve would work effectively and if genuine where to find that.
Secondly is there any issue the car can face if i keep on using the same valve apart from heating issue. Because this issue is faced by most of the diesel cars they never properly reach the optimum heat level

sir @aliabbas31245 please check for Radiator cap. cooling system operate under certain pressure while thermostat is working. you may ask for 1.1 bar radiator cap & 2C diesel engine thermostat from Toyota Dealership. may not be very expensive to replace. The rubber gaskit over thermostat valve shall be in place at time of installation.

sir @aliabbas31245 thermostat valve & radiator cap will not cost more then 3000 may be less.
the metal box as in picture is EPS motor drive unit aka Power Steering computer not sure if it is available as new part at any parts shop. You may try your luck at scrap yards with the physical sample in your hand buy in exchange only with 4 days warranty

Thank you brother means a lot, i have checked it from multiple places but to no avail including bilal ganj lahore. If anyone can help me regarding this, would be highly obliged.
@Xulfiqar sir your kind input needed here what can be the alternate to this if i am unable to find this. I am using device of petrol car but its not working effectively and literally the true enjoyment of 2.0d is lost.

Go to an insurance lot, you will find it there

This is from 140 corolla, only a few hundred cars were made by Indus Motors with the 2c diesel package and it carries a lot of weird parts.

You will be very disappointed when trying to find this as zero 140 corolla scrap are imported that had the 2c diesel package.

As mentioned, scour an insurance lot to find it.

Go to an insurance lot. You have to find written off cars or cars about to be auctioned and swap it with them

this is not true that you will find any part like this in insurance lots. you need to search like Peshawar market, get hold of some person there through social media, talk to him and arrange your requirements.

over facebook you may find plenty of scrap sellers from quetta & kpk area. share the picture and seek guidance, however risk is high because there is no guarantee of item being fault-free and you lose your monies.

He needs a local car, scrappies don't have local car parts. If there has been a written off corolla 2008-2011 diesel, he can get it off of that, otherwise, there is no hope
