Frankly speaking if you want to stay with Toyota mark then don't sell it. If you are getting 950K offer for an 06 XLi then it must be in good condition and you won't be able to find a better corolla in same price.

However if you want to change the brand then 07 or 08 city will be your next choice (assuming that you need a sedan and you also don't want to go down in the model year i.e. 06)
