The red colour cars (other than sports cars) are usually driven by ladies. Black, grey, graphite grey, dark grey, silver are good choices.

i was concerned about the resale only, otherwise i think red wine is a very good option, though it would be needing cleaning twice a day!

to my knowledge of ' car cartel ' ( read car dealers ) common colours have balanced resale value while the random colours like the @OP mentioned catch less attention & value at time of sale where as it is vice versa at time of purchase.

One example is Toyota vitz, with different trims it has also one called "Vitz Jewella". If you read the Vitz Jewella details, it states that these were specially designed for Female customers. The only big difference you find is the color of the vehicle it self.

Now here in Pakistan, we guys (Male) specially import and drive vitz Jewella and feel proud to own one shows our way of looking things; but it doesn't change the reality...

since i'm a paki, i have got to think that way bro...personally i feel only sporty red is masculine and suits sports cars only, not the one i am buying. But to tell u the truth, people mix red wine with maroon and that's definitely a female choice!

over this forum we always see members asking " RESALE value " before buying their 1st ride, or while making a choice for imported / local vehicles.

My friend, locally we need a substantial capital amount to OWN a vehicle so it is very obvious " WE " are concerned with value of our money after x number of years..

The best point which I find highly amusing is question of performance for 2 Million plus worth vehicle over CNG - at 4.30 PM this evening while returning home i saw a new 2014 corolla at CNG CLUB shop at new m.a. jinnah road karachi being installed with CNG kit. it was very sad sight for me. 1.x million invested with shortage of resources to use it on liquid fuel.
