It would be a oem conversion, like no shortcuts or false logics in any thing.

Heavily abused mein yar, you will have to invest in suspension & exterior, which will take it to 170-180k

For abs you will need to change all four wheel hubs.
Even if you purchase used one that gonna cost around 30-40k in good condition. Abs system, lines sensor will be another expense. Imo you should sell xli instead and move towards gli. If you want good braking then install drilled/slotted rotors at front.
