It takes normally 3 months to come from america on normal minimum delivery charges without tracking. So i ordered abook once. It was lost. The book website paid me back after i asked for refund but that was after waiting for 3 months and then putting the parcel in lost items.
But these kickstarter companies dont work in this way, please read refund policies of each website you want to purchase things from.
Sometimes a startup asks 20000$ but by being too interesting. So many backers back it up and they may get 500000$ fund. Overwhelmed by response, they cannot fulfil the last backers order soon. Or won't respond properly
I ordered liquid mobile screen protector. Took 4 months but parcel arrived. Now i won't have to use any glassprotector ever. But i havent applied the water yet. Waiting for some friends to buy for one of their devices from me. Because that water costed me 3000 rs. But can be used for 3 devices or all put on one.
Not the right example for this thread but i hope u get the point. So search Kickstarter.com and indiegogo.com. Technology section.
